Timely identification is essential to shaping lifelong health and wellness outcomes. The gala will advance Gotham Health's Childhood Development Initiative, expanding access to developmental screening, early diagnosis, specialty pediatric care, and integrated family support services for children across New York City.

The Need for Culturally Competent Care

Across the city, families continue to face delays in evaluation, fragmented referral pathways, and inequitable access to timely intervention during the most formative years of development. The Childhood Development Initiative is designed to address these gaps by strengthening early identification, accelerating access to care, and ensuring families are supported through every step of the clinical journey.
